Outcome: it is clear that HTA is more needed in limited resources settings. IFMBE HTAD aims to give significant contribution to HTA of medical device, eHealth and medical locations in lower-income settings. This project aims to seed relevant field studies and capacity building projects in lower-income settings. Proposals will be accepted on a rolling base, subject to budget availability. A committee of IFMEB HTAD members and collaborators will select projects basing on the following criteria: alignment with IFMBE HTAD projects, scientific merit, and scholar/host expertise in HTA, availability of co-funding.
Benefit: reinforce the community of BMEs working on HTA.
